Morgan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Morehead State University. During her pursuit of a bachelor’s degree, she worked as a Research Assistant with a focus on the parental dyadic relationship between adolescents and their parents, and co-authored a manuscript for publication. Morgan also served as a Student Mentor at Ball State University, where she obtained her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling.
With a decade of experience, she specializes in assessing and treating serious mental illnesses, trauma-related issues, substance use, depression, and anxiety. Morgan has worked with a diverse range of individuals, from teenagers to older adults. She has acquired her expertise by providing therapy to college students, working as a therapist in an inpatient hospital environment, and for the past eight years, serving as an Intake Specialist in community mental health.
Morgan is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Kentucky and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Indiana. Morgan splits her week, working as a part-time Program Therapist for our Senior Renewal Center in Berea, KY, and as an outpatient therapist serving Kentucky clients via telehealth.
Morgan accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances.
