Cathy comes to us with over 26 years in case management services. Her first career was served with the Kentucky Department of Juvenile Justice where she has served as Intensive Aftercare Worker, Substance Abuse Coordinator, and many years as a Juvenile Services Specialist. She has a background of working close with community partners, juvenile and adult judicial systems across the central and western parts of Kentucky. Cathy earned her BA in Criminal Justice from Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia, KY, MS in Criminal Justice from University of Cincinnati and is currently taking a break from pursuing her PhD in Criminal Justice from Capella University. Along with this she holds certificates in High Risk Youth and Juvenile Sexual Offender specialization from University of Louisville.
