Andrea Lopp, MSSW, LCSW, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Indiana University Southeast and a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville, Kent School of Social Work. She has been a practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2014.
Andrea has an extensive history of working in private clinical practice and outpatient and inpatient settings. Her career began in 2000 as a crisis-line counselor, admitting clients to a behavioral health unit. Her experience includes: dual-diagnosis case management, group therapy for individuals receiving suboxone (Medication-Assisted Treatment), community and home-based therapy, and serving as a Lead Therapist supervising master-level students.
Andrea has experience working with children and adults on an individual basis, with couples and families in crisis situations, and has utilized a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
Andrea is licensed to provide services in Indiana.
