Traniece was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, and proudly calls the city home. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Galen College, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from Northern Kentucky University. Her graduate studies focused on mental health care across the lifespan.
Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Traniece brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to psychiatric care. She has a strong foundation in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, with clinical experience spanning from outpatient psychiatry, substance use treatment, and crisis stabilization. She has worked with individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults.
Traniece is passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and improving access to care in underserved communities. She is committed to building trusting therapeutic relationships and developing individualized, holistic treatment plans that honor each patient’s unique needs and goals.
Outside of her professional work, Traniece enjoys practicing self-care, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband, two adult children, and her beloved granddaughter.
Traniece is licensed practice in Kentucky and Indiana.
