Parker Smith is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for meeting patients wherever they are in life. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Samford University in 2021, then spent two years as an inpatient psychiatric RN—caring for children, adolescents, and adults on both acute and pediatric units. In 2024, Parker graduated with his Master of Science in Nursing from Tennessee Technological University and earned his PMHNP-BC credential shortly thereafter.
With experience across the lifespan, Parker believes in a strengths-based, collaborative approach: he partners with each patient to set realistic goals, harness personal resilience, and build the skills needed to navigate life’s ups and downs. Whether managing mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, or adjustment challenges, he tailors evidence-based interventions to fit individual needs. Parker provides care to residents of Kentucky and Tennessee via Telehealth.
